About the “Ras” Girls:
We are Cindy Rastutis and Michele Rasmussen, aka The “Ras Girls, #2 & #1″. We share the same hopes and dreams (and often times a brain) as many of you, and hope to share the joy that we have found by learning to “Dance in the Rain”.
Sara Evans Concert: Boise, Idaho 2008
Ras # 1 (Michele) here: I just wanted to personally Welcome You to our Blog. You can expect to find a sneak peek into the lives of 2 divorced women, both with a teenage son still living at home. Sometimes it’s pretty, sometimes it’s not! You see, she and I BOTH have a personal relationship with “Murphy”! He is solely responsible for the never ending and constant juggling that goes on in our lives.
What I hope you discover, if you choose to stick around, that with an optimistic outlook and a whole lot of humor, that even a good knock on the head can turn the tears into laughter.
Of course, if you are as passionate about dancing as we are, you will often find many tips and stories coming straight from the dance floor!
I hope you stick around and join us in a great, Dance in the Rain!
It’s not about Waiting for the Storm to Pass……It’s about Learning to Dance in the Rain!
Ras #2 here: (finally!) Don’t know why she seems to think Murphy loves her as much as me, but…misery does love company, huh? (If any of you would like to meet him, we could make some arrangements, I’m sure!
Us “Ras” girls have one of those rare, (at least to me) types of friendship where we seem to be so alike…..it’s almost uncanny! We have fun together in even the most boring and stressful of times……there always seems to be something funny that we find to laugh about. We sometimes claim to even share a brain…….hope at least its a smart one!
Anyway, we hope you’ll stay around long enough to enjoy our sometimes twisted humor and even join in the fun yourselves! WELCOME ABOARD!
